Upcoming Events
Top card edits the manually-entered events (what you control). Bottom card is a read-only preview of every event that actually shows on the public homepage — admin entries plus BAND, Facebook, MaxPreps, LeagueOps, TourneyMachine, and the registration-date milestones baked into calendar.php.
These feed into the public calendar on top of the BAND / Facebook / MaxPreps / NFYLL sources. Delete an event to remove it everywhere.
Fetches the same calendar.php?days=180 endpoint the homepage uses, so what you see here is exactly what visitors see. Feed events bypass this admin UI — edit BAND events in BAND, Facebook events on Facebook, etc. Admin-entered rows also appear here (labeled Admin) so you can verify they landed correctly.
Programs — Open for Registration
Flip each program open or closed, and optionally set auto-open / auto-close dates so the window enforces itself without you logging back in. Effective state shows in the OPEN / CLOSED badge on the right.

Auto-open / auto-close dates are optional. When set, the guard kicks in at 00:00 America/New_York on the auto-open date and locks again after 23:59 on the auto-close date. Leave either blank for no guard in that direction.

Define the teams that exist for each program + season. Once defined, assign registered players to a team via the 👥 Player Roster page.
